Kilver E. Nisbett was born in the city of La Romana, Dominican Republic. He accepted Jesus Christ into his life as his Lord and personal savior at the tender age of 7. At the same age,
following his conversion, Kilver moved from the Dominican Republic to Tortola, British Virgin Islands, where he has lived ever since.
